Artículo once. Las resoluciones de sanción, que se dicten de conformidad con este Decreto, deberán notificarse personalmente; pero si dentro de las 24 horas siguientes a la expedición de la providencia no se hubiere podido hacer la notificación personal, esta se hará por edicto, que permanecerá fijado en el despacho respectivo durante dos días hábiles.
