El Gobierno Nacional queda obligado a dictar las medidas conducentes, con el fin de dar cumplimiento a lo ordenado en esta Ley, incluyendo en el Presupuesto global del Ministerio de Educación las partidas necesarias para la fundación, dotación y funcionamiento del Colegio así creado.
