Los contratos que celebre la Escuela deben; contener las cláusulas que sobre garantía, caducidad administrativa y reclamaciones diplomáticas exige la ley para j los del Gobierno. La declaratoria de caducidad, llegado el caso, se hace por el Director y cuando la cuantía del contrato sea o exceda de cien mil pesos ($ 100.000.00) moneda corriente, se someterá a la aprobación del Consejo Directivo.
