Artículo segundo. La memoria a que se refiere el artículo anterior, al igual que el balance, inventario, actas, libros y demás piezas justificativas de la misma, y las proposiciones que los directores o los administradores de la empresa deseen someter a la consideración de la asamblea general deberán depositarse en la oficina de la administración, ocho días antes del señalado para la reunión de la asamblea. La memoria deberá leerse, en su integridad, en la respectiva asamblea general de accionistas.
