El personal de las Cárceles de que trata esta Ley gozará de servicio médico y de drogas, gratuitamente. En los lugares donde existan estos servicios para los establecimientos de castigo o para la Policía Nacional, dichos servicios se harán extensivos al personal que custodia las Cárceles.
