Implementación . Las entidades emisoras de tarjetas de crédito y/o débito, las redes y administradoras de datáfonos y los prestadores de servicios de banca móvil tendrán hasta el día 31 de enero de 2014 para efectuar los cambios necesarios para dar cumplimiento a lo previsto en el presente decreto.
