Auméntase a la suma de cincuenta mil pesos ($50.000ºº) anuales la partida con que la Nación auxilia la carretera interdepartamental que está construyendo el departamento de Cundinamarca de Choconta al Valle de Tensa.

Esta suma se incluirá en los Presupuestos de las próximas vigencias.

Parágrafo

La carretera Cartago - Novita - Quibdó - Bolívar - (Antioquia) tendrá ramales a Tadó y Negría sobre el rio San Juan, y a Lloro sobre el Atrato.
