ARTICULO 16. Los documentos que acrediten el derecho a percibir el subsidio deben ser presentados a la respectiva Caja a más tardar dentro de los diez (10) primeros días del mes siguiente a aquel por el cual se verifique el pago, so pena de perderse el derecho a éste en el respectivo mes. Vencido dicho plazo no habrá lugar a reclamar el pago de los subsidios de la mensualidad correspondiente.
