Término para resolver la solicitud. El Comité de Reparaciones Administrativas deberá resolver la solicitud de reparación en el orden de recepción, para lo cual contará con un término no mayor de dieciocho (18) meses, contados a partir de la fecha de radicación de la solicitud ante la Agencia Presidencial para la Acción Social y la Cooperación Internacional-Acción Social.
