El importador de las mercancías clasificadas por la subpartida 73.15.82.00.00, al entregar la declaración de importación de conformidad con la legislación aduanera vigente, deberá acreditar el origen de las mercancías mediante la presentación del Certificado de Origen expedido por la autoridad competente o la entidad habilitada para la expedición del mismo, el cual se expedirá, de acuerdo con lo dispuesto en el artículo siguiente.
