El impuesto sobre las ventas de oro físico que la Nación recauda por concepto de explotación de metales preciosos en el municipio de barbacoas (Departamento de Nariño), se distribuirá, por el termino de diez años, sobre el monto total de su producido, en la siguiente forma: el cuarenta por ciento (40%) para la Nación; el diez por ciento (10%) para el Departamento de Nariño; y el cincuenta por ciento (50%), para el municipio de Barbacoas.
