amends Artículo 258 CODIGO SUSTANTIVO DEL TRABAJO de 1951

El artículo 19 del Decreto Legislativo 2351 de 1965 reformatorio del artículo 258 del Código Sustantivo del Trabajo, quedará así:

"Muerte del trabajador . El auxilio de cesantía en caso de muerte del trabajador no excluye el seguro de vida obligatorio y cuando aquél no exceda del equivalente a cincuenta (50) veces el salario mínimo mensual más alto, se pagará directamente por el patrono de acuerdo con el procedimiento establecido en el artículo 212 del Código Sustantivo del Trabajo".
