º. Del código. Cada código contiene 4 dígitos que responden a los siguientes criterios: El primer dígito al nivel de cargo, el segundo dígito al área funcional, el tercero y cuarto dígitos a la denominación del empleo.

Parágrafo

Las áreas funcionales de que trata el segundo dígito son: administrativa, identificada con el número uno (1) y salud, con el número dos (2).
