VARIACION DE CARGA O INCREMENTO DE NAVES EN RUTAS DE CABOTAJE. La Dirección General Marítima y Portuaria podrá esporádicamente y previa solicitud motivada del armador interesado, autorizar la variación de la carga o el incremento del número de naves inicialmente autorizadas, siempre que tal variación o incremento no tenga una vigencia superior a sesenta (60) días y que no afecte los servicios concedidos en la misma ruta u otros armadores. De lo contrario la solicitud se tramitará conforme al artículo 55 anterior.
