º. Temporalidad. Este subsidio temporal será aplicado a las seis (6) facturas correspondientes a un mes de consumo por usuario, cada una, o tres (3) facturas en el evento en que la facturación sea bimensual, siguientes a la declaratoria de emergencia económica social y ecológica, de conformidad con el Decreto 601 de 2017.
