Renuncia A La Declaratoria De Existencia De Zona Franca Permanente Especial

Renuncia a la declaratoria de existencia de zona franca permanente especial . El usuario industrial de una zona franca permanente especial podrá renunciar a la declaratoria de existencia como zona franca mediante solicitud debidamente justificada ante el Ministerio de Comercio, Industria y Turismo.

Parágrafo

La aceptación de la renuncia solo procederá cuando el solicitante no esté incurso en incumplimientos a los compromisos establecidos en el presente decreto. CAPÍTULO VII Zonas francas transitorias
