Presentada la solicitud en debida forma, se fijará en un lugar público de la respectiva Alcaldía, un aviso que contenga un extracto de la misma, por un término de treinta (30) días hábiles, en el curso de los cuales. se hará conocer por bando dicho aviso en tres domingos consecutivos. Cumplido lo anterior, se correrá traslado al Personero Municipal, quien lo evacuará en un término no mayor de tres días, emitiendo el concepto que juzgue oportuno.
