º Quien no cumpliere totalmente la obligación de reforestar dentro del plazo que indique la providencia respectiva, incurrirá en una multa de dos ($2.00) pesos por cada árbol que dejare de sembrar y deberá cumplir las mismas obligaciones en el nuevo término que se le señale. El no cumplimiento de la obligación de abonar el terreno que haya sido objeto de una quema hará incurrir al responsable en una multa no inferior a cien pesos ($100.00).
