Reconocimiento de subsidio familiar. El reconocimiento del subsidio familiar de que trata el artículo 12 del Decreto-ley 2340 de 1971, se producirá por resolución de la Dirección General, previa solicitud del interesado acompañada de los siguientes documentos

Registro civil de matrimonio y de nacimiento de los hijos.

Certificación del respectivo comandante sobre sostenimiento del hogar y la dependencia económica de sus hijos, hecha por conducto de Bienestar Social de la Policía Nacional.

Parágrafo

La validez de las pruebas aportadas podrá verificarse cuando se considere necesario.
