º Participación de organizaciones sociales . Las organizaciones sociales o cívicas representativas de los diferentes estamentos del orden nacional, departamental o municipal podrán presentar propuestas a la Comisión de Ordenamiento Territorial, relativas a los asuntos de competencia de ésta, las cuales deberán ser tramitadas conforme a lo dispuesto en su reglamento interno.
