Si entre los consignatarios hubiere disputa acerca del constructor de habitaciones o ejecutor de labores u otras mejoras, el punto se decidirá previamente por el Juez, siguiendo los trámites de una articulación, quedando a salvo la vía ordinaria para la parte que no se conforme con el fallo, para ser indemnizada del perjuicio que reciba.
