Art. 3.º Los elementos de la cuenta de la Sección de que se trata, previamente examinados, se incorporarán en la cuenta de la Junta de Emisión, de tal suerte que en ella debe haber siempre constancia de la clase y número de esqueletos de billetes recibidos de la Litografía Nacional, de los emitidos, de las sumas entregadas á la Tesorería general, de las sumas dadas en cambio de billetes deteriorados, y de los saldos existentes.
