Reservas . Cuando a juicio de la Junta Directiva del Fondo Nacional de la Panela, se decida adelantar programas de promoción de exportaciones o estabilización de precios de los productos beneficiarios de la cuota, se decretarán en cada ejercicio, reservas que permitan a mediano plazo acumular recursos suficientes para respaldar acciones significativas con tal fin, recursos que se manejarán a través de una subcuenta bajo el nombre de “Reservas para Comercialización”.
