º Responsable de las ofertas. Sin perjuicio de la garantía de seriedad de las ofertas y de los reglamentos de las correspondientes bolsas de valores, las sociedades comisionistas de bolsa responderán ante Ecopetrol y ante las bolsas de valores respectivas, por la seriedad y el cumplimiento de las ofertas de compra que se presenten conforme a lo previsto en el presente Decreto, así como por la veracidad de las declaraciones de los comitentes.
