La presente ley deroga la Ley 62 de 1939 y sus Decretos Reglamentarios 803 de 1940 y 1751 de 1947, así como los artículos 9° al 13 del Decreto 1222 de 1986 y 20 al 27 del Decreto 1333 de 1986 y 29 y 30 de la Ley 962 de 2005 y todas las normas que le son contrarias. Esta ley rige a partir de su fecha de publicación en el Diario Oficial.
