Sanciones al Incumplimientos de los preceptos normativos. Los Distribuidores Mayoristas y los Terceros que no cumplan con las obligaciones señaladas en el presente decreto serán sancionados de conformidad con lo establecido en el artículo 3° de la Ley 26 de 1989, en concordancia con la sección sanciones, del presente Título.
