Estímulos especiales a la conservación y preservación de la memoria cinematográfica colombiana. Con fundamento en el Artículo 41, numeral 4, de la Ley 397 de 1997, el Ministerio de Cultura puede celebrar convenios a través de los cuales estimule la expedición de copias y demás acciones de intervención de soportes originales de obras nacionales, cuando su propietario garantice la permanencia de éstos en el país.
