El artículo 320 del Decreto 2666 de 1984, quedará así: “Recursos contra los actos del Director. Contra los actos administrativos expedidos por el Director General de Aduanas directamente o por delegación, sólo procederá el recurso de reposición ante el mismo funcionario. No habrá recurso de apelación ante el Ministro de Hacienda y Crédito Público. Los recursos se Presentarán en la División Central de Documentos y de Secretaría de la Dirección General de Aduanas”.
