° El personal que se incorpore únicamente necesitará tomar posesión cuando el empleo cambie de denominación. Cuando haya cambio en la asignación, pero no en la denominación, no requerirá llenar otra formalidad para posesión que la firma del acta respectiva y el pago del impuesto de timbre nacional equivalente a la diferencia de remuneración correspondiente.
