Decreto 3486 de 1981 · Por el cual se establece el régimen de matrículas y pensiones, becas, Juntas Reguladoras de Matrículas y Pensiones y otras variables de costos en los establecimientos educativos no oficiales de los niveles pre-escolar, básica (primaria y secundaria), media vocacional y educación especial, y se dictan otras disposiciones

Son funciones de las Juntas Seccionales Reguladoras de Matrículas y Pensiones, las siguientes

Autorizar mediante resolución las tarifas de matrículas y pensiones solicitadas por los establecimientos educativos no oficiales con arreglo a lo determinado en las disposiciones vigentes sobre la materia.

Conocer los recursos de reposición que sean interpuestos contra las providencias que haya dictado la misma Junta en un término no mayor de 30 días calendario.

Ordenar a la respectiva Secretaría de Educación las investigaciones que considere pertinentes para el cumplimiento de sus funciones.

Imponer las sanciones correspondientes por violación a las normas vigentes sobre costos educativos mediante resolución motivada que llevará las firmas del Presidente y del Secretario de la misma. De las solicitudes de aprobación de tarifas
