Elimínese la garantía de FOGAFÍN a las Administradoras de Cesantías y a las de pensiones en el Régimen de Ahorro Individual con Solidaridad y la obligación a las Aseguradoras de inscribirse en el Fogafín. Las reservas existentes se trasladarán al Tesoro Nacional dada la condición de garante que tiene la Nación en ambos sistemas.
