Las divisas que reciban las personas naturales o jurídicas y las entidades de derecho público o privado, a partir de la vigencia de este Decreto, por concepto de préstamos en moneda extranjera, deberán venderse al Banco de la República a la tasa de cambio que rija en el mercado intermedio.
