° Las normas contenidas en los Decretos 2554 de 1973, 693 de 1974 y 230 de 1975 serán aplicables a las Unidades Administrativas Especiales, denominadas Juntas Administradoras de Deportes de que trata el Decreto 2343 de 1970 excepto los artículos 10, 11 y 12 del Decreto 230 de 1575.
