La presente ley tiene por objeto ajustar la sanción aplicable a algunas de las infracciones cometidas por los conductores de motocicletas y otros actores del tráfico vial, establecidas en el Código Nacional de Tránsito, a fin de que se ajusten los principios de justicia y equidad que orientan el Estado social de derecho.
