Autorícese al Gobierno nacional para que, a través del Ministerio de Cultura, de manera articulada con la Gobernación del departamento de Córdoba, los municipios, el Consejo Departamental de Patrimonio Cultural y la comunidad en general, inicien la elaboración de un Plan Especial de Salvaguardia (PES), para fortalecer los saberes, conocimientos y prácticas de la música del porro.
