° Cada una de las Divisiones de la Dirección Nacional del Presupuesto estará bajo la dependencia de un Jefe que responderá ante el Director por el funcionamiento de la misma, y que desempeñará las funciones que le fija este Decreto, y las que legalmente le sean asignadas o delegadas por la Dirección.
