DE LOS HONORARIOS DE LOS MIEMBROS DE LAS JUNTAS O CONSEJOS. En los establecimientos públicos y en las empresas industriales y comerciales, los honorarios que se paguen a los miembros de los Consejos o Juntas Directivas y de los comités o comisiones de los mismos serán fijados por decreto del Gobernador, el cual señalará siempre el máximo de La que cada miembro puede percibir mensualmente.

Parágrafo

Los empleados públicos no podrán percibir remuneración por su asistencia a las Juntas o Consejos Directivos de que formen parte en virtud de mandato legal o por delegación.
