Los certificados o títulos a que se diere lugar el grado elemental de que trata el artículo 1º de este Decreto, especificará claramente su índole a indicará en forma discriminada las asignaturas cursadas. El Ministerio de Educación fijará los modelos que sean del caso para el mejor cumplimiento de esta disposición.
