Ley 35 de 1947 · Por la cual Nación se asocia a la celebración del segundo centenario de la fundación de San Agustín en el departamento del Huila

Crease el Circuito Notarial de San Agustín, en el Departamento del Huila, con jurisdicción en el Municipio del mismo nombre y con asiento principal en la ciudad de San Agustín.

Parágrafo

Una vez en vigencia esta Ley, el tribunal Superior de Neiva enviara al Gobernador del Huila la terna para la provisión de la plaza de Notario que se crea por la presente, para la terminación del periodo legal de 1945 a 1950.
