Decreto 322 de 1958 · Por el cual se crea la Jefatura Seccional de Instrucción Criminal y Vigilancia Judicial en el Departamento de Caldas, se dictan otras disposiciones y se abren unos créditos adicionales -suplementales- al Presupuesto vigente. (Ministerio de Justicia)

Artículo cuarto . Créanse, incorporados al Cuerpo Auxiliar de la Rama Jurisdiccional, treinta y siete (37) Juzgados más de Instrucción Criminal. del número 121 al 157 inclusive.

Parágrafo

A partir de la vigencia de este Decreto, el Ministerio de Justicia hará las siguientes destinaciones de Juzgados de Instrucción Criminal

Quince (15) a órdenes de la Jefatura Seccional de Armenia;

Doce (12) a órdenes de la Jefatura Seccional de Ibagué, y

Diez (10) a órdenes de la Jefatura Seccional de Cali. Tales destinaciones se harán sin perjuicio de las ya hechas o que en el futuro puedan hacerse para los correspondientes territorios, según las necesidades públicas lo aconsejen.
