Art. 1° El Instituto de educación de la villa de Chiquinquirá, intitulado de Jesús María y José, con los bienes y rentas que se conserven de los que por su origen le pertenecen y de los demás que por leyes o decretos le fueron aplicados como a Colegio de Chiquinquirá, estará a cargo de sus patronos, y será por ello regido y administrado, con arreglo a la voluntad del fundador.
