Serán causales de caducidad de los contratos de correspondencia pública vía radio, además de las indicadas en el artículo 62 del Decreto 222 de 1983, las siguientes

La interrupción en el servicio por más de treinta (30) días consecutivos, sin previo aviso al Ministerio de Comunicaciones salvo fuerza mayor o caso fortuito;

Utilización del servicio para actividades ilícitas o por efectuar transmisiones que atenten contra la constitución, las leyes de Colombia, las instituciones de la República y el orden público.
