Art. 3. ° El Poder Ejecutivo dará cuente anual al Congreso de la inversión que, conforme a este decreto, se haya dado á los fondos destinados al objeto que en él se expresa, a fin de que según haya sido el abierto de tal inversión, pueda continuarse y aun darse mayores proporciones á semejante genero de fomento científico y literario. Comuníquese y publíquese.
