Embarcaciones extranjeras. Toda embarcación de bandera extranjera, excepto las pesqueras, que operen en aguas colombianos por un término mayor de seis (6) meses continuos o discontinuos a partir de la fecha de expedición del respectivo permiso, queda sometida a lo dispuesto en el artículo 99 del presente Decreto.
