Los permisos concedidos hasta la fecha a personas, entidades o laboratorios, conforme al artículo 1º de la resolución número 229 de 1941, del Ministerio del Trabajo, Higiene y Previsión Social, para la elaboración de productos biológicos de uso veterinario, serán confirmados por el Departamento Nacional de Ganadería en virtud de la presentación de los documentos respectivos.
