Art. 4°. Dicha Junta rendirá mensualmente cuenta de los fondos que maneje de acuerdo con los reglamentos que ella expida, á la Oficina general de Cuentas, y pasará en la misma época un informe detallado del estado de los trabajos al Poder Ejecutivo federal.
