Adiciónese un inciso al numeral 1 del artículo 516 del Decreto 390 de 2016, el cual quedará así: “Dicho incremento también procederá cuando todas las infracciones en que se incurra con el mismo hecho u omisión sean sancionadas con multa de igual valor”.
