° No habrá en la capital de la Republica oficina alguna de la Nación que tenga asignada partida especial en los Presupuestos de gastos, para útiles de escritorio, muebles y herramientas. En el Presupuesto de gastos de material de Departamento de Obras Publicas se incluirá una sola partida para atender a esas erogaciones y las que tengan lugar para proveer al Almacén Nacional de los diversos Artículos, figuraran con esa imputación.
