Los gobernadores y alcaldes distritales y municipales, a través de las secretarías de educación o de los organismos que hagan sus veces, ejercerán las funciones de inspección y vigilancia para el cumplimiento de este decreto, de conformidad con lo dispuesto en el Decreto 907 de 1996.
