Articulo 2° El artículo 59 del Decreto1663 de 1979, quedará así: "Si las armas están vinculadas a un proceso civil, permanecerán igualmente bajo, control y custodia, de las autoridades militares o de la Policía del lugar, hasta cuando se adopte la determinación definitiva en relación con aquéllas por parte del juez competente".
